Good Shepherd Op Shop

“First time visiting this Shop. I was met aggressively by a blonde lady working there. Not sure why she was acting weird, however it did leave me unsettled and not wanting to come back to the shop again. She seemed quite angry.”

“i come here quite often and usually everything is great! the staff are usually very nice here, however, a older skinny lady wearing yellow that i haven’t met before served me today, and when i first walked into the shop i accidentally bumped into her, apologised and stayed out of her way. when she was serving me she was unsure how much the cutlery set was, and i said it is $1 (as said on the poster next to the cutlery tray) but she ended up making me pay $2 for it, which is nothing really so i didn’t mind. and so as she was putting money in her register i asked for a bag. she shook her head, took one and just threw it onto the counter. every other customer she opened and put the clothes in herself but she just threw it down and let me do it. she was also exceptionally nice to everyone else, but just blatantly rude to me. might i also say i was the only young person in the store, which is why i believe she acted this way. i would leave the store a 1 star rating, but i go to the store very often and they have quite good variety. I have no problem finding things i like, and the $1 rack outside is really helpful, i always find something on that rack which is perfect to say the least. no person deserves to be treated like how i was today, young or old. if you’re old and have a grudge against younger people, don’t work in retail. more than that, don’t work in a shopping centre.”
