“Super service, kind and amazing value. Ian was the best and does such great job. Great selection, really well set out and a warm and welcoming shop.”
“We have donated a lot of clothing etc to this op shop over the last few months. Well, yesterday my husband went to donate some items and was spoken to rudely and the staff including the manager turned away the donations and told him to take the donations to another charity or come back in a few days. We donate to this charity as we want to help the animals. Unfortunately, because of the condescending and poor attitudes of these women we will no longer be doing so. Ps. The items we were donating were designer handbags. What a shame for the animals!”
“I have really great experience today in the shop. The lady staff with glass so friendly and hospitable. She fold all clothes and put them into a bag while checked out. All items are separate via size. Very easy for me to fine the small size clothes. Music for Christmas is really nice. Happy Holiday vibes. All the items are pretty clean and well maintained. Cheap price and easy to find wherever you need. Small shop and full of great quality products. First time but will not be the last time;) see you next year and Happy Christmas and new year! 大家可以来看看,质量超好的床单被罩$5很便宜”
“For a while now this op shop has been one of my favourites in the area, generally the Knick knacks and items other than clothes are priced adequately and I often find something interesting here. However there are some worrying signs that this op shop is falling victim to some of the same problems others on the coast are. I’m not a fan of the “boutique/branded” section of clothes that are sold at a higher price. It should go without saying, but these items have been DONATED. I also overhead a store person talking about how much more money a donated item could be priced at based on what they found online. This is the little evil root that brings op shops down for me. The price of a donated item should not be based on profit potential but a fair price for what the item is, e.g all cups are $2 NOT this fancier cup is $5-10! Please try and remember the broader picture at play here and the purpose of op shops.”
“The main reason I bought sth from RSPCA is that I'm sure they spend customers' money for animals in need, I respect them and hope we have a better world 🤞🏻🍀”
