“Very happy with the service and tall brown haired young sweetheart even helped me get a large container of clothes out of my boot and took it to the shop straight away, efficient and streamlined service. Tall dark hard young lady needs a pay rise as she is a massive asset to this business, bright and bubbly and also articulate.”

“They lost my 4 items over a months ago so I requested to investigate, but haven’t heard over 2weeks after asking 3times. I specifically asked them to provide me an evidence about how many I dropped off on the day (I gave them 12 items but only priced 8 of them, then they keep ignoring my request to investigate) I gave them to sell brand new Ralph Lauren jumper with a tag (RRP$260 approx) they priced $59 initially, I requested $120 min, then it got sold immediately with $120, which makes me think that it would have been their staff wanna to buy immediately so they initially priced really cheap ??l!!! It was very suspicious…. They have a good quality clothing as they are very selective but the process is not clear and transparent, takes no responsibility on missing items. I don’t recommend to drop expensive items as they do not provide any evidence what you gave them to sell. Don’t forget to collect your items before goes on price drop. Because I couldn’t often find my items on the shop even it’s not sold yet, not sure if the staff is holding the item waiting for price drop after few weeks. In general good quality clothes to buy but very suspicious and not transparent to sell.”
