“I called to volunteer, the lady on the call responded unapologetically.. I am giving 5 star because this organisation helped me during covid”
“Australian Red Cross is a well known and respected organization that needs no introduction and amongst its many voluntary initiatives - Op Shops managed by dedicated volunteers”
“Very overpriced- some things selling more than new but very neat shop”
“Red Cross stores are great places to shop. The people that work there are friendly. A wonderful organisation for those looking for volunteering opportunities.”
“Visited in February 2022. As other reviewers have commented, the store is terribly overpriced. The volunteers lack the expertise to price accurately - stained & torn garments were on the floor for $15 & $30 respectively. Additionally, there appears to be a distinctively hierarchical structure to the volunteer staff (as evidenced by the conversations held in full earshot of the public). Although I got a few good things, I won't return in a hurry.”
