“I was going to purchase an item from this store, I asked if the item was new or second hand, she told me my question was stupid in a very rude manner. I responded with maybe you should be a little nicer with your customers. This lady is incredibly rude and not a very nice person. I will not be going in this shop ever again, she needs to learn some customer skills.”

“Great shop with amazing items however very overpriced for what you’re getting. Not very nice custom service. Can only pay in cash, there was no signage anywhere, not even on their Facebook page, it wasn’t until I went to pay that she pointed to a small label on the counter and said “cash only”. Also very overwhelming for the eyes as everything is packed tightly together. Wouldn’t recommend if you get overwhelmed with lots of colour and with small spaces. I would’ve gone to an ATM to take money out however the lady wasn’t very nice so I decided not to buy from her. A few things I would suggest to the owner is to be more happy and engaging in conversation with customers (have a smile on your face!) as well as working on signage, you could draw in many more customers and regulars if you weren’t rude.”
