Lifeline Shop

“Terribly overpriced. $15 on a single disc used dvd that still sells new for $7.98 at jbhifi? $20 on a old single bed blanket which had visible holes and lose threads? I understand this store raises money for a worthwhile cause but perhaps more reasonable pricing would translate to more sales and greater revenue and not turn potential customers off the store which does get some good quality donations. The saying robbing Peter to pay Paul comes to mind. This is unfortunate when it should be feasible to support charities yet maintain appropriate pricing.”

“Ripped off sold a damaged CD no refund put $10 into communication book that could not be found then later informed no refund/exchange policy due to change in management. Will never shop here again they should have honoured their previously promised word 😡”

“What a great shop. Huge! With so many interesting items. Incredible displays that make it look like a high end department store. Staff were so friendly. Will definitely return again soon. The shop deserves 6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“What a great store ! We weee killing time in Maitland and stumbled across this store- bonus points for being open on a Sunday morning !! We managed to walk away with some awesome finds we didn’t know we needed or wanted - but are happy with our purchases ! Staff were friendly and helpful. I’d go back !”

“I enjoy browsing in this store. The staff seem really friendly and attentive. Like all op-shops, with a bit of luck you might find something special.”
