“The manager refused, with no apologies or explanation to allow my 88yr old father to enter through the back door from the car park to save him walking all the way around to the front door I understand there are rules but sometimes a little compassion, kindness goes along way in the community.. disappointed disappointed”

“Higher-end prices compared to nearby op-shops. Most staff are lovely but I have encountered 2 extremely hostile members who are very rude, abusive and authoritarian to customers and other staff members alike. Large store with a well organised layout. Would recommend except on days when the above mentioned staff are on.”

“Large store. Well set out, clean and tidy. Considering all 'stock ' are charity donations, effort has been made with lovely displays so items look appealing. Always good to browse a Vinnies, found a lovely plate to match one I already had and a small cabinet I needed and happy I found it at Vinnies. Relaxed vibe, Volunteer Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly and obviously enjoyed their 'work ' at Vinnies. Definitely worth visiting to browse, buy or donate to a worthy cause😊”
