“I normally enjoy visiting this op shop, but lately, it has declined. I've cut back on visiting to about once a month. I tend to see the same items time after time, and there is barely anything new. I visited about two weeks ago and one of female staff members was rude. After purchasing an item, I noticed a jewellery basket on the counter. I asked the male staff member if I could look through the items. He happily obliged - just to clarify I have no issue with him. He always provides great customer service. As I looked through the jewellery the female staff member came to the counter. She pulls the basket away from me, sighs, and says "I was just about to put this out on display." Oh, I'm sorry for being an inconvenience to you. Seriously, is that how you treat a customer? It's quite ridiculous. You have a customer interested in some items. But you're so focused on putting it on display... Rather than potentially selling something right now?! No wonder this store is not getting rid of old items.”

“The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm constantly buying from this shop but when I asked them to hold an item of clothing for 1 day as I was due to be paid the following day, I was told that they don't do that. I would have thought they would have done this for a "loyalty customer".”
