“i am op shopping for 10 years . i remember Corrimal op shop used to be my favourite op shop . all of the shoes and clothes used to be $4 or less . When this man with beard cone he ruined all of the affordable prices . they become like butik not second hand store . it is very shame . the store is dead . not many ppl are coming to shop there . Vinnies second gsnd store became worst in Illawarra. we have been in Canberra central and most of the kids shoes , clothes and toys (if they are collectables are dear) are $1 each . that’s is how to support families with kids tomput affordable prices . your k mart clothes are worn out and you put it more expensive thst k mart”
“$30 for a Susan’s top? $40 for a pair of plain black pants??? I can get it cheaper brand new on sale in Susan’s! Whoever is doing the pricing for this store should realise it’s an op shop. I feel sorry for those who can’t afford to pay these high prices. Staff are pretty dismissive too. Such a shame. It could be a busy shop but it’s always empty. Prices are just too high and the so called designer brands are way too expensive. Which is why the stock stays on the rack. I’ll give it a miss and stick to Wollongong Op Shops.”
“$8 for a baby onsie. They’re less than this new! Baby clothes use to be 50c - $1 a piece or fill a bag for $5. Absolutely ridiculous. Such a shame Vinnies is such a capitalist machine these days.”
“Visited a few Vinnies.This one too. What happened to you Vinnies?? You must serve the ones who can’t afford to shop elsewhere. Your prices of used products however are outrageous: eg: second hand worn out men’s shirt $10!!! I could mention more…No wonder that pensioners can’t afford to shop there. Where are the $1, $2 clothes etc?? Change your attitude and prices asap! Volunteers very nice and kind .”
