“Went in an hour before closing time to donate and turned away. Will not be back to donate as very inconveniently located in busy Castle Towers so a mission to find parking and get donations into the store but I have been doing. I have donated brand new items but your loss as far more convenient for me to pop in donation bins”
“The prices are way too high for the quality! They charge more than brand new in some cases! Must be the most expensive Lifeline in Australia! Get rid of your greedy pricing person and put some in that role who understands your a charity operating in a cost of living crisis!”
“On my tour to Sydney I almost daily visited this place located at castle towers castle hill I donated some of my clothes n shoes to them n bought some very good stuff”
“I used to go in but staff were always rude. Prices were crazy high. Once I wanted to buy a $80 2nd hand kids magic set and she would not open it for me to check if all the contents where there. Who is going to just pay that much without being sure!? Ridiculous.... you can't go past salvos dural sadly they are the best.”
“Large shop upstair on top of Vinnies. Easy to park upstair and walk in with your donations. Good variety of second handed products such as clothes, jewellery, toys, CDs and records, books and few furnitures. Quality of products is generally acceptable. Store is clean, tidy and easy to walk around. A leather lounge is $240. A set of vintage canisters is $60 /reduced from $75. Branded shoes are $50. Fair conditioned. Might need to try hard to find a bargain at this op shop. Price are much higher than other lifeline stores.”
