“This used to be my favourite op shop but recently has been so expensive even though the quality has stayed the same. Cheap fast fashion brands like cider and princess polly are in their high quality section and priced maybe $10 less than retail and next to nothing in the shop is marked under $15. I found a top there NWT where it was originally sold for $29 and they had $18 on it!!! This is actually ridiculous for a charity claiming to help people in need”
“Very expensive. Found a polyester dress in there for sale for $250. Absolute madness considering it would’ve cost $50 tops brand new. Well organised and friendly staff but also kinda bad range for smaller sizes.”
“I go to many charity stores across South East Qld. This store is an embarrassment to Lifeline. The prices are excessive. They had a sale of 25percent off homewares. After applying this discount the items were still overpriced and I simply left in absolute disbelief and made no purchase.”
“Enjoyable place to shop, very low prices and staff I very much enjoyed being around. I'll definitely be coming back here to volunteer and contribute to their cause. I highly recommend it”
“Very dusty! please vacuum your store - not only is the air dusty, but there are piles of dust everywhere. Not only is this gross but many people suffer from dust allergies. I left with a sinus headache.”
