Lifeline Shop Nerang

“Not much bargains but plenty of Rudeness in this shop, especially from older lady who i believe is the manager, she needs training in people skills or just retire. Overpriced by massive amount not much cheaper than new . Lifeline HQ should put a good broom at this place starting from the manager .”

“I am absolutely disgusted with this place. I went to make a donation because I always like to support charities. I went to the gate where it tells you to go when you’re making a donation. The older man was rude beyond belief and I’m appalled someone like him works for a charity store. How can you allow your staff to treat people like this…. Let alone a woman making a donation. This place is a dump filled with staff that couldn’t care less about their jobs or the reason they are doing their job. Will NEVER return to this disgusting place!”

“Prices are outrageous! Staff are rude. For something that is 14.99 brand new. They still want to charge $10. $20 for a jacket missing a button. Don’t think I will be back to this one. GC has many great op shops. Find the good ones. This is NOT one of them.”

“Was a bit put off by all the stuff that looked kinda dumped at the front door. Inside, however, the store is a bit more organised. The biggest negative is that none of the clothing racks are sorted by sizing, which is disappointing. It's neither a massive store or a tiny store and I feel it would benefit from that in the racks. There is a good array of variety of stock apart from ladies clothing. For the size of the store they have made sure there is enough of everything no matter what you might be looking for. A good variety of ladies accessories including jewellary, hats and scarves. They are also open on a Sunday which is a good point as well. Pricing is a bit hit on the higher side but not the worst I have seen in a lifeline shop, let alone an op shop. Some new items available as well which is a common theme in lifeline stores. Staff were polite and cheery. Worth a visit”

“Good quality and the price are very reasonable.Plenty of options to get and grab 😊 The staff are very helpful and very friendly.Very highly recommended this place to anyone 😊”
