“I find The prices To be of good pricing compared to what you purchasing in stores brand-new the volunteers and the paid staff are lovely. I’ve donated lots and lots to this store and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to shop.the team are very accommodating when it comes to finding what I’m looking for. They are also up for price negotiation. I’m excited to see what their brand-new store has to offer.”

“Debbie is the rudest person I’ve ever met in retail. Grabbing photos yesterday for our office & she was yelling at the young man working there & me the whole time she was working. He told her that the price she said was wrong. She start yelling at the helpful young man which was so unprofessional! I said can you please calm down it’s no need for rudeness. The lady before me looked at her like what is going on here! After that I asked the gentleman for help moving a few of the 10 photos I bought. She yelled at him, no he needs to do this job first. Demanding him without saying please for another task. Then she yelled at myself for about 5 mins & said now we are closing so do you want any of these paintings or not. After standing & arguing with me & the worker for 5-7 mins. Everyone else working in this location was so nice & helpful. The lady next to her told the guy can he help me take out the photos. He agreed with no hesitation. I do not appreciate getting yelled at in front of customers & I did not like the unprofessional tone she took with her coworker. Learn from the others in this store Debbie how to be positive & professional! I will be speaking with management on your behaviour!”

“I almost didn't go due to all the reviews about the cost here. I'm so glad that I decided to go and see for myself! This place is amazing! Sure, there are some newer items at the front of the store with higher price tags, but everything else was priced as you would expect from a Lifeline shop. I loved it so much I was there for a good couple of hours trying on clothes and looking at all the amazing things they have. I left with almost a whole new wardrobe, a stack of dvds, and some other items, all for under $100!! 🤩 The staff were wonderful, too. You have to go check it out and see for yourself.”
