“I don’t know who the lady is who runs this shop, but I know I’ve been there three times and she’s incredibly rude and unhelpful every time. She’s clearly on a power trip running the place and her attitude is horrid annd unkind. The prices aren’t great, but I like to consider the environment and buy second hand but until she leaves, I won’t be going back.”

“As always came to drop off items and was told they're full again. While I understand that happens, why put a sign out on the street saying 'Donations Welcome'. There was also an A frame sign out the front, signs on the door etc but NONE saying they're full. I asked the lady at the counter 'couldn't you put up a sign somewhere saying you're full'? She just kept rudely repeating 'donations are welcome though'. I think my suggestion was reasonable as I'm sure I'm not the only one sick of driving in, parking, getting items out of my boot only to make it to the counter and be told no. Won't be shopping or donating here again as they don't care if they inconvenience people that are just trying to donate.”

“I’m not sure who does the pricing. RJ Rockafella, Gina Rinehart? They are the only ones who could afford to shop here. I’m sure $25 for a pair of broken Nikes with the sole hanging completely off is reasonable to these people. I’m sure that your tax free overheads would be expensive in the affluent area next to the Peachy grocer in the industrial Rutherford. But I think I’ll go to David Jones where the clothes are less expensive and only slightly soiled.”
