“Love the shop but don’t like the Supervisor. Such a rude person. I go on the days she’s not there. Saturdays and Mondays. I watched her treat a fellow supervisor terribly. It was her day off so she should not have even been there. The poor lady walked away from her job. Don’t take kids or grandkids there; she won’t let them use the toilet. It’s a charity store yet she isn’t very charitable at all. Don’t know her name and don’t want to! Have had similar feedback from friends. Now we have worked out the best day to go. When she is not there. No point bringing concerns up with someone higher as they are friends…. Obviously 🙄”

“Picked up an item with two different prices on it I expected to be charged the cheaper one, but I was felt like I had been acussed of sticking a cheaper price on it by the lady behind the counter, paid the dearer price because Iiked the item. I'm not a lover of lifeline stores as their items are over priced compared to other opp shops you can go to kmart and buy new for near the same price on stuff.”
