“AVOID REBOOT IT. I ordered 2 X Lenovo ThinkPad Carbon Excellent condition. Very bad service, no response from multiple emails. Order was 2 weeks no shipping info. I finally got through to someone over the phone. They said it would go out that day. Package was shipped that afternoon and arrived in 2 days. 2 laptops were slapped together in the box, poorly packed and protected. Both laptops had deep scratches on the outside cover. See picture in review for reference. Hardly excellent condition. Both computers function well after full reformat. I wouldn't recommend this business and will not give them any further business. 👎🏻 Boooooo👎🏻”

“Careful, buyers — this business is not reliable. I placed an order on April 24th, fully aware of potential delays due to public holidays. But what followed was a series of lies and broken promises. I called multiple times and was repeatedly told the item would be shipped ASAP and arrive by Friday. When Friday came and I asked for the tracking number, they suddenly said it would be sent today — yet again, nothing. This is not a serious company. They've wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. I'm now just hoping they return my money — I’ll update this review if that ever happens. “Bought a Lenovo laptop LCD module from them for just $99 as my son had cracked the screen on his school laptop. Getting it fixed elsewhere was costing me anywhere between $350-450. Even though I had to follow up a couple of times, I'm very happy with the item delivered. The LCD module was not just the screen but came with the top which made reassembly very easy. Didn't have to poke or pry the plastics out or play with sensitive cables. A quick wipe and the screen is good as new. Thank you Reboot IT.”

“I could give less than 1 star but google doesn't allow it.I bought a laptop off them and they sold quite a few models of same after my purchase.I contacted them after 2 weeks of not getting any update on shipping and was told that my laptop is in very bad shape and cant be salvaged for even parts.Wow what a company! Firstly no updates of any kind at all and then to be telling a full paying customer that the item is in too bad a shape to sell.Why Why Why you wont tell customer that in first place or even sell it online if it is such a bad shape.TRULY DISGUSTING.”
