“I commented on a plain picture frame with no glass or backing ($5) and was then mocked by a woman behind the register. ITS AN OP SHOP, CHARITY STORE.. selling things above retail cost (things that generally end up in the bin) needs to be stopped. Staff are rude and the pricing is ridiculous and laughable. Won't be coming back.”

I had asked to negotiate prices because the item was stained and manager rudely declined claiming it was cheap enough. get a better manager that actually knows how to have customer service. Other staff have better manners.”

“I purchased a camera from here which turned out to be faulty. I returned the camera with my receipt, within 7 days. However, I was mistakenly given a credit note despite asking for a refund several times. Despite politely asking for my refund again.. I was told by the very aggressive manager “I can’t, we haven’t made enough money today!” After a 20 minute work around and an array of rude remarks from the staff, I was given my refund. I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping here. Rude aggressive staff, with no knowledge of the POS system. Not to mention faulty items!”
