“Most expensive “op” shop in Melbourne and shelves are so packed from stock barely moving. Due for a clearance sale asap. Also all their coat hangers are the wrong way so it’s extra annoying to remove them from the railing especially when the clothes are so packed together due to slow turnover.”

“Very friendly helpful staff. Well sorted and categorised clothing. Large variety. We purchased men's business shirts. Easy access to change rooms. Lets all keep donating and buying, keep as much out of landfills as we can. Unfortunately a theft had occurred just prior to our visit, so staff were a little uneasy but very apologetic about the minor delay in service while some staff were checking the surveillance footage. We hope the offender is caught, the theft of a watch is not for survival -”

“Most embarrasingly overpriced Op-Shop I have ever been to, and I frequent a lot of stores. $7 for a secondhand and beat up dvds? $10 for common board games with missing parts? I felt gross just being in the joint. Even Cash Converters is more reasonable, and they have to at least pay for their product. I was seeing prices higher that buying new in this place. Absolutely dusgusting to be trying to profiteer like this using donations. There is a much nicer and more reasonable/sensible op-shop several doors down, take your business there, you are much more likely to find a cheap treasure.”

“It's... average. (I wish two-and-a-half stars was an option.) An op shop trying to be a vintage store, which translates to "occasionally over-priced stuff". Very small so rather limited in choices,. but like any outlet selling pre-loved merch you can strike it lucky and pick up something wonderful.”
