“came in wanting cowboy boots, guess what i left with? cowboy boots!!!! the staff were super nice and friendly, and let me make a mess all over the floor. a very kind homie (sorry i don’t know your name but you were awesome) picked out boots that matched my size, and lord behold, only one pair fit my foot snugly, so that was the one i ended up getting i also requested that they don’t turn my feet into frankenstein after standing up for the whole day at a music festival, and they delivered. was able to see the one and only role model with minimum pain in my feet 🙏”

“Staff seem interested to help if you're dressed a certain way (cool enough). No authenticity in service. When I asked about a Navajo necklace the staff said I could 'just wear it'? I was hoping to have a better cultural understanding of the necklace to know if it's appropriate to wear or when to wear it. If as a business you're set to make a profit off of indigenous pieces your staff should understand what they're selling. It holds cultural importance and is more than something that's just 'cool'. I had researched the item myself to learn it's a Navajo Beaded Medallion Necklace which was not on the tag. Coloniser mindset.”
