“A lovely lady helped me grab a belt for 5$ after. Explaining my situation and informing here I had an interview to go to! She managed to tackle all of this in the 2 minutes it took me to cross the road at the lights! Now if that's not a good store with great customer service then I don't know what is! 10/10 Recommend! Ignore all negative Reviews! They just don't know how to use their manners or ask Politely!”

“I’ll start by saying, the staff here are kind and welcoming and this was once my favourite op shop in south east queensland. as a man, the selection and priority to ensure there is variety for us here too, has continued to diminish over the last year, to a point now it just doesn’t warrant going out of my way to pop in and shop here. I have been really disappointed lately at the fact there seems to be a new manager in charge of the approach to pricing and tags, as previously you could come in and find a bargain on some great items and it was like a fun treasure hunt, you got a real sense of accomplishment finding brand names at bargain prices and it made it a great experience. Now you constantly find tags with things like “vintage” “boutique” and “designer” written on them and the price tag to match this. It’s no longer a pleasant experience and I find myself being off put by the attitude that they have to profiteer at the max value. Vinnies and Red Cross do that and it’s unpleasant and a bit off taste. As a lady if your looking for a good deal on some nice clothes, then your in the right place, but gentleman, best to go elsewhere”

“The staff are lovely, and I have found so many gems in this store over the past year. I was stopping in 1-2 times per week and searching the designer section at the front of the store, which I could do in 5 minutes on my way home from shopping, or on a quick break from work. I was very disappointed the last time I visited to find the designer clothes are no longer on racks at the front, instead spread through the whole store, and that when I did find some quality designer items they were ridiculously overpriced. I have bought hundreds of items from RSPCA Ascot over the past year. I also have told so many friends about the shop. Now I'm having to let them know the designer section is gone, and prices unreasonable. So disappointed!”

“Ascot Op Shop for charity for RSPCA is a winner in all senses of the word! What a delight to visit and have the interest of the volunteer staff members and the Manager, Amanda. What a super team. Shopping becomes a really pleasurable experience and Amanda even offered extra assistance with adjusting an item of clothing - certainly not your average retail experience.
