“Ridiculous prices! Op shops have forgotten their purpose! They’re given products, at no cost, they are mostly staffed by volunteers, yet their prices exceed, for instance, antique shops! I just looked at a Waterford crystal decanter, priced at $150!!! Another unlabelled decanter was $60!! Their overheads are minimal due to donations and volunteers!! I’ll be boycotting this and all other Vinnies, after 40 years of shopping with them!! And my donations will be given to other Op shops from now on!! The greed is disgusting!”

“Great selection of clothes, particularly women's, some bric-a-brac and books and CDs. Prices seem higher than some charity shops but also good quality.”

“Amazing selection of clothes! Lovely staff once they realised I wasn't a thief 😅 But I have never seen clothes so expensive at an op shop 😮 I was absolutely dumbfounded.. I'm new to Brisbane, up north you couldn't pay anything over $15 at an op shop and if it was $15, it was designer clothing. I picked up a casual dress I thought was nice... $30!?!? I had a handful of items I ended up not being able to afford 😪 will go back for the selection of clothes but only when I can afford to.”

“I was very impressed with the staff who were extremely helpful and welcoming. Also I was happy that the Manager was very willing to negotiate with an item that had been sitting in the shop for a longer period of time. The range of goods and items were very reasonably priced.”
