RSPCA Op Shop - Bundall

“Rude staff, came here at 4:11, still 19 away from the closing time. The blonde lady told me it’s closing. It’s clearly listed that the shop closes at 4:30pm. I told the lady I just wanted to take a picture of the item I am interested in, she just said coldly “okay”. Some customer service training is needed. Rudest op shop experience.”

“I can see there's a few bad reviews here which is unfortunate. In my experience this store has the best surprises in high end clothing, great games section. Staff always helpful - obviously did not come across the ones in the other complaints.”

“Very disappointed with this store I donate a lot to store over the years as local and my fur babies contribute by being part of million paws walk for the last 6 years but unfortunately I’ve noticed this store being managed unfairly by Heather treating it as a business not a charity by over pricing items that have been donated and also changing the prices that have been priced and making up excuses that it’s been priced wrong if something is already priced and on the shop floor that’s what it sells for which is illegal and it’s unfair to customers. 👎 in the photo Heather tried to take the price tag off and took the item shame I’m not going to donate to this store again because Heather is treating it as a business not a charity.”

“Love this op shop…one of my favourites! Lovely helpful staff and great choices. ”

“Great selections of things to buy from electrical, clothing, kitchen needs, pet products, and specially books, of which I love ❤️ 😉 Good place to go around and see what you need. Staff were happily sorting out stuff, chatting and laughing whilst doing their assigned work. So nice to hear indeed. On top of that parking is sufficient.”
