“It’s a big store, with great variety of clothes, sizes, colors, brands, knick knacks. However, the prices are quite high and they do not have the big $2/sale that they used to have (the one now is very small) which is quite sad. If you have a higher budget or are looking for branded clothing then it is the place to go”

“Please stop behaving like a designer store. You are an op shop, a supposed charity. I saw a suit in the window I wanted to buy and was told that there is a "waiting list" of potential buyers. I was so confused and asked the lady what was going on. She opened a folder and said that they had reached the limit of how many customers they could write down as being interested in the suit. If for example customer number 1 didnt want to buy the suit, they would contact customer 2 and so on. Apparently they didn't want to sell what was in the window because they dont want to keep rearranging the window. What is the point in attracting customers to buy your items by putting them in the window, only to turn your customers away and tell them there are waiting lists? It's not hard to replace a aold item in the window, it is just being used as a excuse to make the store look fancy and exclusive. You dont deserve the title of a charity, and I urge all customers to avoid this disgrace of a store. Im surprised there are not more reviews of just how appalling this place is.”

“I don't know if it's just my bad luck but every time I'm here there is nothing worth buying, a lot of ANKO and fast fashion brands, and broken bric-a-brac. My sinuses always play up here BUT not at the other op shops along this road. I do like that it's a large store and there's no weaving around other people but maybe I'm looking for things I'll never find.”

“Went here on Saturday 14th of September, couldn’t of picked a better day.. everything was half price and they definitely had some goodies. A very well organised thrift store, loads of stuff. Would give them a five star rating if the counter staff were a little more happy to be there. Have some awesome things, I did take a lot on this day. Walked out super happy happy with my findings. Big store with a great layout if you’re after certain things.”

“Absolutely insane pricing. Yes, there is a red zone where everything is $5. I actually found some things I was interested in while browsing the red zone, but couldn’t bring myself to purchase anything due to the ridiculous prices in the other sections. This organisation claims to assist the disadvantaged, which I’m sure they do, but marking up DONATED clothing to such extremes sends the message that the demographic you service doesn’t deserve nicer/designer clothing, that they should just stick to the red section.”
