“Probably one of the rudest stores in Bundaberg. Workers here are entitled and just yell at whoever they want. I asked if I could return clothing if they don’t fit and they started shouting and saying no, don’t buy it. I asked if they had a return policy and they continued to deny me and so I searched online and saw that there was a policy but they continued to yell and act like I was in the wrong. Same thing happened when I was using the fitting room, there was no one using that fitting rooms and I was using the mirror to look at the clothing and there was no unwanted clothing rack so they approached me again and started yelling at me. I have never been treated such a way in a store that supposedly preaches kindness and giving back. I will NOT tolerate this type of behaviour towards anyone and do not recommend anyone spending their time and money at this establishment. There are many great op shops around Bundaberg that treats people like human beings and have great customer service and support.”

“Lady with the short blonde hair literally yelled at me as I was leaving to next time hang the clothes up I don’t want to buy after trying them on. I have never been spoken to so rudely before in an op-shop or any shop for that matter. There was no rack to hang your unwanted clothes on after trying them on like every single salvos I’ve ever been into has. I’m not sorry I didn’t do her job for her, that is a retail assistance job in every aspect.”

“Well it was an eye opener when l first walked in . How everything was displayed in there class cabinets. Very upper class how the staff present them self . Price with clothing a bit over priced .”

“A large store with a logical layout. There's an ocean of clothing so come on in if that's what you're after. The staff were friendly too and, overall, we enjoyed our visit and were able to leave with some bargains.”
