“On arrival to drop off very good quality items on a trailer we were met by someone who presented with a scowl even before looking at goods. After a 5 second scan we were advised that it wasn’t in good enough shape (it absolutely was and when dropped off at another store they could t thank us enough) and not interested. They had heaps of room and would have made hundreds of dollars on the multitude of items but couldn’t be bothered unloading. Not the first time we have heard this and won’t be back.”
