“Just tried to donate a whole lot of clothing (very good condition, many items hardly worn and some not worn at all). What a horrible experience. The women working there need to get new jobs. They could not have been unfriendlier or more rude. No greetings, no thanks. When I arrived I was told to take the items around the back of the store. I got back in my car and drove to the back gate to be barked at by another women telling me sharply to take it through the store. Ok. So back into the store I went with the first two of four bags of clothing only to be told then that “if it doesn’t fit in that bin then we aren’t taking it”. Thankfully , there was a wonderful woman (customer) at the counter making a purchase who very kindly offered to take the items off my hands and deliver them to St. Vinny’s where she was about to go. She restored my faith in human nature given that those vile women in the store had just blown it to bits. I will NEVER donate to The Salvation Army again.”

“Prices are great, my favourite op shop. But it's disappointing that the opening times are wrong on Google, drive all the way there to have the door shut as soon as I park in the car park and then to be told they're closed and haven't been open until 5 in a long time. Please update website so no one else wastes their petrol and time, especially with a 2 year old.”
