“So overpriced! They want over $20-$30 for old rotten sneakers just because they're name brand. Everything is way overpriced and they try to sell used Kmart clothes for the same price as brand new. It's not even worth stopping here anymore, I may aswell buy new clothes for the same price”

“Why are you so expensive when you get everything for free? You don't pay for your stock, someone donates you clothing and you price it at top dollar, more than it retails for brand new, why? anything you make is profit why do you overprice things, greedy? you're no help to those in need, nothing clothing wise should be over $10 including handbags, shoes, jackets etc etc You get it for free, stop being so bloody greedy.”

“I love op shopping but this morning I was appalled at how the customer service staff where treated by a manager. She came and was quite loudly rude about them not answering the phone quick enough. These girls were serving customers while she was out back dealing with a truck. I applaud the girls for being quite respectful in their response. She said they should have answered and put it on hold. My question is why couldn't she do the same a few seconds away from a delivery makes more sense to me then to stop in the middle of a customer being served.”

“I love op shops, and purchase most of my furniture and clothes from them. Unfortunately this op shop completely misses the mark when it comes to pricing. A Kmart Tshirt selling for $2 more than what you can buy it for new. Some decent furniture but horribly over priced (100 for a change table for example). A real shame as I do like supporting charity, but I just cannot justify the price. If you are into op shopping check out the likes of savers or even Facebook market place.”
