“My grand daughter gave them $2 for a $1 necklace. They did not give her any change. She was most upset as she asked them for her $1 change. She said to them the necklace was $1 she gave them $2 and waited for her change which she did not get. So she asked several times for her $1 change and they ignored her. Also the ladies told me one price then the other lady said more money. I asked why, she said I forgot to charge you for something. When I checked my docket I was over charged by $1.50. I know its a charity which I don't mind paying. Its the theft by my grand daughter that upset me”

“Parafield store: one staff member was very rude towards other staff/ volunteers, not once but twice, storming through the store. On the second episode we left, will not return. Absolutely disgusting behaviour”
