“Store is good, most of the staff are lovely but there's a tall woman who works Saturdays and Mondays, older lady who wears a mask sometimes, greyish hair she's so bloody miserable and rude. Never greets and never speaks other than to bark the price at you. If you dont like working in an op shop and its beneath you, leave. Miserable woman!!!!!”

“I arrived at 5:20 to return 2 items . 2 men stood behind counter and immediately told me to hurry up as I have 5 minutes , no hello, no friendly face no customer service present. was clear they just wanted me out. When showing the reciept he said he cannot return them and I need to go back to original store as they don’t sell these items (the receipt stated return to ANY of our stores). Locked the door behind me 5 minutes before there closing time. Now I have to drive 30 minutes back to original store because they couldn’t be bothered 👍👍👍”

“I had a disappointing experience at Salvos Stores Banksia Grove today. The lady working there at the counter, wearing a black mask, was incredibly rude and clearly seemed unhappy in her role. When we tried to donate items, she told us they weren't accepting donations anymore. If the store is overstocked, perhaps they should consider lowering prices to move stock. We then inquired about a speaker and whether it worked. She said she didn’t know and didn’t have a way to test it. She mentioned we could return it if it didn’t work — which we know isn’t true based on past experiences where faulty items weren’t accepted back. When we decided not to take the speaker, she abruptly said, “Take it or leave it,” and after we declined, she threw it back into the cart in a very dismissive manner. Really poor customer service and disappointing attitude.”

“This is my fav shop to stop after my work, i realised some of the stuff are over price, this Is supposed to be the affordable second hand things donated by people. Shoes $15 $12. Jumper $13. I always donated my stuff to salvos , because I do recycle ,I buy from your shop too, Please don’t over priced.”
