“Over charged for items purchase and really didn't care when questioned on the price, didn't offer to double check the price listed on the basket, rude not to check and no pint in arguing with staff, staff weren't even able to provide correct change when mentioning the amounts”

“I was disappointed in this store. The level of customer service is not ok. I heard the clerks whispering on two occasions and both times when I looked over at them they were looking at me and shut up immediately when they noticed me looking. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional and plain strange.”

“I go to a lot of op shops and from today's visit to this one, I can say that it has the friendliest staff you would find. Very welcoming and they had a smile on their faces like they actually enjoy working there.”

So expensive and the staff are so rude and unhelpful I was to get a table in store with price on not display or something soon as she saw me taking they removed the tag telling to me it’s not for sale. Very racist. Unhelpful and unfair to us and to people who help with things to help community and poor people.”

“This days salvos are too expensive, over priced, i can't understand why things from this stores are so expensive, I pay same price on discount / specials from the shops brand new, the worse is than I hear them google the brand of the items, come on! When give stuff to donate i don't expect for they to make a profit on it, sell it for a bit but not same price on special for something than has being used! Totally disappointed. This days I don't donate anything anymore, i put on Facebook in groups than you can give stuff away for free and someone than actually need it will collect it!”
