“This op shop used to be a friendly and reasonably priced experience. My last three visits have been uncomfortable to say the least. Staff are no longer so welcoming, my daughter's and I have had our shopping experience ruined by the several staff members following us around, "jumping out from nowhere and pretty much standing right next to you ! I get it, there are some people who steal, I DONT, so perhaps there is a less intimidating way of reducing the theft in your store instead of making your customers uncomfortable ?? Will not be returning.”
