“Was in the area, thought id visit this store. 😪I observed hugely overpriced items.... 😱I asked politely if a reduction was possible on a chipped glass vase, was rudely told NO, just put it back. 😭I felt like crying. Such a bad experience i will not be stepping foot here ever..So so rude... 👎👎”

“Just moved to the area & had a few items to donate. Went inside to find out where I could drop the items off as I couldn’t see any donation bins out front. Staff at the counter told me to donate out the back. I explained I had no idea where that was since this was my first time and was told go out the door drive down that road turn right and down the alley. That Alley is one way with no where to turn around. I end up being against the flow of traffic. Lucky the other car kept to the left so I was able to park and walk to the back of the shop. I dropped the box and was told I can’t leave it there by another staff member. By this point I was over it. Told the staff. Person out front said to dropped off. See her if you have a problem. Never been to a salvos with such rude people.”

“I came here for the first time yesterday with my children who both have additional needs. Some staff were lovely, some not so much. Big store, lovely presented but however extremely overpriced. When I went to pay for our items the lady at the checkout could see I was trying to control my children who again have additional needs. I had my card ready to tap and it took like 10 minutes just to get her to get the etpos machine to work, my daughter wanted to carry the receipt and this lady was very unsure weather to hand it to my daughter or not. I won't be coming back here in a hurry, that's for sure.”

“This store is quite large compared to others. They offer a variety of different things with an extensive range of clothes. You'll look at some things that seem way too good to refuse, but other items are sooo over-priced. Fun to walk through and scour the range they have.”

“With a massive range of items on sale, this has to be one of the best Salvos Stores we've visited and it's well laid out, very spacious and well lit. It really is a treasure trove. The staff are also super friendly and provided great customer service. Thank you guys.”
