“if l could give a zero l would, l stood at the counter with a jacket to buy as a lady told a customer where the nearest toilets are.. then she went off and was loading a frame with clothes with another lady they both looked over at me about 3 times while l was standing there but neither came to serve me.. so just left the jacket on the counter and walked out.. went down the road to st vinnies and got a jacket from there which was $12 cheaper ..”

“Bad customer service from the scrawny guy who wears glasses and has a pony tail. I asked if I could look at something in a locked cabinet and he asked if he could serve the two people standing in line behind me - one of which was holding a bundle of clothing to purchase. I already waited my turn in line. Three different customers before me purchased a bunch of stuff so it wasn’t a quick wait. Should have just opened the cabinet for me to quickly grab what I wanted. I waited my turn in line, I was next to be served. Does not matter if it’s a charity store, it’s still a customer service based store. I didn’t want to wait even more, so I left feeling very disappointed.”

“Such a huge range of clothing. My daughter (3yo) loved rummaging through the toys and picking something to bring home. Reasonable prices and service was kind.”

“Very large op shop often with some good finds, particularly for books. Prices sometimes a bit too high for certain items. Volunteers are always pleasant. Overall worth checking out.”

“It’s large (including quite an extensive area for furniture), clean, organised and the volunteers who have been on duty when I’ve visited have been delightful. There’s also a reasonable amount of off-street parking at the store-front. My only qualms are the same ones as I have had in many Salvos stores in recent years: they’re out of touch on pricing, seem to forget they’re selling peoples’ old stuff, and sometimes price things from mass-produced chain stores high enough that they’re almost marked up. Perhaps they don’t know which brands are sold by Target, K-Mart and the like? Still, op shops are awesome. And this is a good one.”
