What gives yog the right to yell at someone. How about a polite “sorry we are closed” maybe someone have the customer service book thrown at you and read it from 1 to the end. Or take a chill pill”

“Their prices are in-line with what I think the spirit of pre-loved sales should be i.e. affordable and low enough to make people think they should consider pre-loved products. Other nearby stores are pricing at almost 1/2 to 1/3 the retail so I wonder why I should spend time finding what I would like AND in my size! Staff are lovely and welcoming and I like their donation box at entrance. Everything to like about this store. Well done!”
