“Never experienced such rudeness or blunt dismissiveness at any shop ever!! Date 22/10/14 | workers were a very large man and a lady with dark/short hair with glasses | - The lady gesturing her hand to shew away older Italian gentleman and spoke to him rudely who was just trying to donate stuff - The very large man was extremely rude to a woman who was donating and due to the bins being over filled she came into the store, only to be bluntly told not to come into donate, he also was rude to staff Overall, not worth going in”

“Went to drop off baby clothes and got a screwed up face and pretty much told they weren’t taking kids clothes , it’s meant to be a place of donation that make money off donations, there are plenty of children going without and you can’t even donate thousands of dollars worth of clothes. I’m completely disgusted and will never ever support salvos ever again!”

“Will never shop here again!!! The manager Donna tried to parent shame my mother when my baby brother was babbling and baby talking, when my mother replied he is a baby I can’t make him stop she replied “ so u can’t control your child” When we asked for her name to make a complaint she smirked and proudly stated “Donna the manager” This woman should not be in customer service especially when she is representing such a great organisation as the salvos! Donna u should be ashamed of yourself!”

“A lovely worker helped me today who has been there approx 3 months, as i found a few items for my wedding in the cages, as they won't yet on the shelves. She was so kind and understanding to let me purchase them. The manager had yelled at the lovely worker in front of me and other customers around asking why they were taken out of the cages aggressively. i did not appreciate that the manager had yelled at her staff members. it was disgusting behavior. But i would like to thank the worker today who did help she is wonderful.”

“if i could give zero stars for customer service and attitude i would. the lady at the back of the store, (Joseland st where you donate larger items) was the rudest lady in customer service ive ever come across. x2 i said "excuse me", she ignored me so i took literally 4 steps inside and said again "excuse me". without a greeting or a smile she abruptly said "get out your not allowed in here, i heard you, i was coming". well wouldn't it have been nice if she could have just acknowledged my "excuse me" call outs!!! then i would have known she heard me. she was just awful to me so i told she was rude and her attitude was not warranted, i donated my stuff to Vinnie's instead. dont work in customer service if you cant even greet people nicely. you should be ashamed of how you made me feel.”
