“Rude service today - came In donating a big bag of men’s designer clothes just got attitude from a cranky lady scolding me for bringing to the store as I couldn’t see bins and was read to make sure I go out the back next time - there won’t be a next time - I travelled an hour to visit the store and I’ll just keep driving next time. This used to be one of The best salvos around but now it’s turned into moody team members not willing to help”
“Total hidden gem for bookworms. I would prefer to gatekeep this place TBH… I always find fabulous books at great prices and the staff are so friendly. They clearly put a lot of love into the place - co-ordinating the colour displays of clothing and prioritising vintage and special items on the shelves. There are discounts for loyal points and special student days on Thursdays. I’d love to volunteer here one day if I ever have the time! Please consider donating here as it’s for a great cause! :-)”
“Well stocked, plenty space. Super organised. Lovely little trinkets and useful stuff too. They got a great collection of books and clothes and even a solid dining table which was sorely tempting. Got myself some bookends. Friendly and helpful staff right from the entry to the purchasing to the donation section at the back. Highly recommend. Plus it's the Salvos. You know its money and effort for a good cause.”
