Salvos Stores Yeppoon

“Had never had a problem at this store until today. I took an item up to the counter that didn't have a tag. It didn't have a tag when I had picked it up. I then asked the lady how much it was and she came back. Letting me know, it was $14 as it is classed as a 'White label' item, I asked her what that was, and she let me know a 'better brand' . I was purchasing children's clothing and and the lady serving me let me know that there was a basket. In the corner so I ask her if she could hold onto the dress so I could think about it as $14 for a second hand item seems a bit steep, I head back so I could get the $14 dress then another lady comes busting out named Ange When I returned to the counter to let that lady know that I would put an item back So I could get the dress.ANGE threw them on the counter, and I said, oh my goodness, did you just throw that!! She says Yeah,!!! I throw things. She was the demeaning toward me for absolutely no reason!!. I had simply asked a question, why a dress was priced. That way, because I didn't know what a 'white label' item meant within The Salvation Army store!! there was no need for ange to be passive aggressive toward me and throw items i was purchasing !!!!”

“Just passing through today. Half price on everything. Got exactly what i wanted and more ;).”

“Always try use Salvos, certainly prices more decent than other similar shops also prefer to donate to them too. Their staff have always been polite and happy to assist when can.”

“I love my Op shops. Especially Salvos. Reasonable prices for clothing and bric & brac. Antique are always more pricey. However it all goes to a good cause. Also, the volunteers that run the shop are very approachable.”

“Ladies who volunteer there are very helpful beautiful people. The shop very clean.tidy and organised. Great prices. We are on holidays from Brisbane.”
