“I am sorry to say that some of the staff at the Yeppoon shop need some customer relations training. We have visited the shop on a couple of occasions over the last 6 months with some quality household items only to be met with a rude response and “we don’t take anything from the front shop”. The staff at the Salvation Army are so thankful for the gear and very obliging.”

“Firstly lovely staff Prices seem high for some clothes wouldn't it be better to sell them cheaper and make some money you would sell more like $7 and $10 way too high I love the displays but there are items all over the place shoes hats bags ornaments all over the place not together I was interested in a table runner but it was under a hugh amount of display items is very wrong not to be selling all donated items mainly noticed artificial plants ornaments those pineapple ornaments You are there to make money sorry as pretty as those displays are the shop needs items displayed together Also why on earth are there so many items marked NOT FOR SALE absolutely ridiculous”
