“A Terrible person to deal with. Purchased from me and lied to eBay the brand new dress was “not as described”. Asked for a refund - she returned it to me damaged. I won my case after filing a police report. My dress was was clearly worn! A designer dress that was in perfect shop condition. I would not recommend dealing with this lady. I hope one day you understand why you are receiving such negative reviews - it’s because you are a very untrustworthy person.”

“Really terrible service that had me in tears a few years ago. I left emails (as I was overseas) that were never replied to. As i followed up on my return Kim was incredibly rude to me and had sold an item below it's agreed value without my consent. Then thought she had lost my other item. It took a lot of tracking down to get my item and the cheque. Here I am a few years later thinking of the awful experience that really I will never forget.”

“I have taken very expensive items there and they were sold at a ridiculous price without any consultation with me. Eg. A brand new Hauber shirt worth $369 dollars and I was given $13 dollars for it. Cheques that don't arrive and items lost. I have had to fight to get payment for items that were supposedly lost. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
