“We've never had an issue shopping here before—we're always polite and respectful. But today, one staff member was extremely rude to my partner. As she was browsing, this person abruptly said, ‘YOU RIGHT?’ in a condescending way, as if she was doing something wrong. Completely unnecessary. We immediately dropped what we were going to buy and left. Get a grip, treat people with respect especially if you expect any kind of respect back.”
“Ok op shop with some nice stuff and lots of volunteers…”
“Confronted with a very rude lady this afternoon whilst trying to donate a very large amount of goods - not at all grateful so took it elsewhere. So much for the friendly staff advertised on their website!!!”
“Standard semi-rural op-shop, but obscenely rude staff. The things they said about some of the customers after they left the store were horrific! All smiles up-front though, of course.”
“What a great little find! Lovely, volunteer ran op shop that is full to the brim with excellent finds and items are priced to go. Will return when I can to this one.”
