“Have always enjoyed this store, due mainly to the friendly lady at the desk with a beautiful smile..which I would also commend her on.. until recently. I understand the endless work the volunteers do, and not all people show respect for items. But no all people are the same. I had respectfully opened, an already partially opened plastic bag to inspect a scrapbooking item, that could not be viewed correctly from the bag ( loose items in the bottom of the container, obviously from others opening.. but showing no respect) I already had a large pile of items, that I was intending on purchasing . A staff member .. then rudely .. informed me Not to open bags.. you are Not allowed to do that . I was shocked at her manner.. however assured her that I have respect and wouldn’t damage the item, and only wanted to see the item properly before purchasing. ( which I then added to my pile of purchases) I continued to add to my pile of items.. then an additional staff member came to me and told me .. don’t open the bags.. I replied well obviously the other lady has said something to you.. she then replied .. well I’ve just come to check.. I replied.. so it wasn’t enough for her to have words to me.. now I have to endure you having words to me as well. So I respectfully placed my pile of intended purchases of items in the container on the bench in front of me , saying I will no longer purchase the items. I generally like to be positive.. but this experience.. needed to be raised. That will be the last time I shop there.”

“DO NOT ENTER THE STORE IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY AND EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.. YOU WILL BE TREATED BADLY Discrimination at its finest in this store!! Telling a blind person to put it back exactly where you got it from.. Worst customer service. Just lost a big sale after being spoken down to..”
