“To be honest for a lifeline that's meant to be cheap and affordable for a lifeline it's so over priced they look up the original price online and go off the original price to what they sell it for. people go to op shops to get cloths they can't afford to buy new. this op shop particularly I found they were nice until I went the other day and my kid found a toy and was only playing with it for a split second and one of the lady's come up to me and said they don't let kids touch the toys. ( must not have kids if they can't accept the fact that kids will play with toys)”

“Last week, I attempted to donate three boxes. I approached the ladies in charge and kindly asked if they could assist me. I reassured them that they wouldn't have to carry anything and that their only task would be to hold the trolley while I loaded the boxes in. Despite my repeated attempts to clarify that they didn't need to carry anything, they responded rudely and seemed unwilling to help. Eventually, they begrudgingly agreed to assist, but continued to complain about their backs while we made our way to collect the boxes. I had to explain for the seventh time that they only needed to hold the trolley. This experience was disheartening, as it may discourage others from donating to them in the future.”
