“I had a truly unpleasant experience at this shop. The older lady working there was disgustingly rude, yelling at her staff across the room in front of customers. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness, especially in a place where you're supposed to feel welcomed. I decided to put my items back and leave because the whole atmosphere was off-putting. I can't support a business where staff are treated like that, and I would advise others to avoid it as well. Go to the Red Cliffs op shop where the staff are lovely!”
