“Beautiful rings, just a shame about the customer service. We were rather aggressively accused of taking photos of the rings, which was not happening at all, we were looking up stones and rings online. Completely understand you need to protect your business, but I think gentle reminder to potential customers if you suspect would have done the job. We sympathise with a misunderstanding. Unfortunately she doubled down and pointed at the sign when we said "sorry, we were not taking photos,". That really sealed the deal and we left. Such a shame as I had been looking at their jewellery online for months and had been really looking forward to visiting. If you want some antique rings, go to another shop. We went to others later that day who were so friendly, helpful, and also actively encouraged us to take photos to help work out what we liked. We will be returning to one of them to make our purchase.”
