Uniting Op Shop Delacombe

“They wouldn't take my cash. The woman was very rude about it. People still pay with cash you know. They should have some change available in case people come in with cash. The stuff is unbelievably pricy too. No point shopping second hand if it's as much as the regular stores.”

“Staff are super friendly. Even offered to help me take my items to the car when I had my kids with me. I've found some great stuff here. It's not cheap but good quality”

“To this shop that took my money, and then put the item back in the store and sold it to someone else!!! Guess they’re not getting my donations! Poor form! Oh and they said they rang me…. But no message was ever received!!!”

“Had a great experience in store today. Well stocked and well priced items. The two ladies working were very friendly and were happy to take my small donation. Great op shop experience!”

“Went to donate winter jackets and plates and other crockery on 22/06/2024 4.20pm. Got told we don’t accept deliveries after 4pm as it’s ‘just the two of us’. There wasn’t a single other customer in store and I had winter jackets that could have helped someone in need. I said I’m happy to bring it in the store myself. All they needed to do was open a roller door. However the two staff sitting at the checkout (just chatting when I went in) were not in the least interested in helping. They should not be working in a place such as Uniting Op shop. Really poor experience hope something is done about this.”
