VENLA resell+relove Mosman

“VENLA Mosman is a wonderful store and offers an expansive layout with plenty of room for keen shoppers to see everything available. The Venla team are wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming, supportive, accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. Three of the team I would like to acknowledge who were outstanding are Anica, Liala and Megan. Thank you so much for all your generous and very willing assistance.”

“Sadly my second time using venla Mosman was super dissatisfying and won’t be using again. A very expensive brand new sweater was stolen from my rack and when I came to collect I was simply told we don’t take any responsibility it will probably turn up. Venla is happy to take a cut of my sales and charge a high price for my rack rental but when I mentioned that the sweater was really expensive I was simply instructed by one staff member to look for it myself as it wasn’t their responsibility.”

“Having visited Venla many times since their opening of their Mosman store, I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be back again. Never in my life have I felt so upset to leave a poor review, but here we are. Nice selection of clothes, however it seems like the reviewer below had the same experience as me with a staff member. The cashier with the American accent was sadly very rude, short and displayed poor professional behaviour. I noticed this was how other customers were spoken too which is unfortunate to think that others will have the same experience as me. Please remind your staff that manners and kindness are essential in customer service roles, and that kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable.”

“Firstly, the shop is great! I went on a Friday morning and there were heaps of wonderful items. Though I had a really poor experience with a staff member. I asked for some items to be held that I wanted to purchase (so I could find more items to try on to buy), as store policy is that you can only take 5 items into the changing room at a time. The woman I interacted with treated me like I was gum stuck on her shoe. She was so blatantly rude and unwelcoming that after the initial interaction I felt very uncomfortable in the store. When I did check out, she acted as if I didn’t exist. No pleasantries or acknowledgement… basic customer service. It was very upsetting to have such an awful experience with the staff member. Especially as this was my second time visiting the store and I very much enjoyed my previous visit!”
