“Could only handle being in the store 5 mins due to the very very strong smell of urine. I had a mask on and the ammonia still hurt my nostrils. Not sure how the volunteers could stand doing a shift.”

“I have been here few times in the past and noted a pattern. First of all the place smells like someone did a poo and it goes all the way to the far end where the books are..disgusting!! Prices are ok on some items however customer service is very poor. One worker in particular Louise (Asian lady) is not friendly and plain rude. she gets confused with prices and items when there is more than 8 items and blames the customer for her confusion. She is not mentally fit to be at the front desk and should not be handling money..Customer service is very important to me therefore i will not be returning.”

“Not a bad range, prices are pretty good. Service unfortunately is not amazing because staff allow rude patrons to openly push in in front of others who were clearly next in line to be served.”

“Do you think it IS acceptable that the Gentleman who was getting the Store ready for Opening at 9.30 AM this morning , should be VAPING INSIDE the Store???? Sighted this man ( is he the MANAGER?) Vaping whilst inside , then putting out a trolley of Goods & the Vinnies Flag . Clearly this is a breach of Conduct . ! Regardless of whether the Store doors were open to the Public ( this WAS at 9.30AM) . Should Staff be puffing away ?. It is no different to smoking a cigarette . Poor behaviour 😢”

“It was ok. Lots to see and find good one in this shop! Like to take a drawer only $40 can't fit in my car :) All old ladies are helpful and good service 😀”
