“Wonderful store, the staff are always friendly and you can kind some amazing items. Yes the prices have gone up but what people don't realise is that so has their outreach to those less fortunate in our community providing clothing, food, help with their cars etc. Since COVID, then the floods their outreach has doubled therefore the need to increase prices to cover costs. You can still get some great bargains especially when you consider shop prices. I picked up a brand new dress for $20 which I know would be at least $80/90 in the store. Remember it's money going to those in need. Thank you Staff at Vinny's I love shopping with you!!”

“I found a great dress here after visiting the spa nearby. We met a lot of characters here and each one of us found at least something to take home. There was a weird instance where we all started to get really intense allergy symptoms in our throat, nose and ears and had to leave. Not sure if it was the season change or something dusty or moldy a foot but it was time for us to leave anyways.”

“Very disappointing to see a St.Vinnies op shop priced like this. This is very uncatholic and shameful! The biggest rip off op shop I've ever been into, after Brunswick Heads and I live on the Gold Coast! I had a few items with a $20 tag which came with all its stains and smells! I returned everything that I picked up back to the shelves and walked out, along with everyone else that was there within an hour of browsing. Funny because if these 'donated' items were priced appropriately, this store would have made money for charity instead of losing it. Anyway to the owner, what a disgrace, I will be making a complaint to to the Catholic Church because you should be shut down! Nothing 'saintly' about this St.Vinnies at all! 👎”

“Boycott this place... Since reopening they've sky rocketed their prices. A great example is this very used lingerie set with the majority of gems missing (you can see all the glue dots) for the low low price of $20! I don't know how people can work here knowing they are putting these things out to sell to the community. Can you even legally sell second hand underwear?? Do better this is appalling”
