“When ready to pay, the counter lady changed the price up, even though it had a tag on. It was their mistake, yet i had I paid for their mistake. Only small difference but what a joke, worst customer service.”

“Tried to drop off seven large bags of “quality” clothing and shoes this morning. The lady behind the counter was very abrupt and stated we only take washed and neatly packed items. I told her they were straight out of our wardrobe..... I collected the items from my vehicle and dropped them in the back room only to be told “they do not go in this room, you need to bring them to the other room room”.... My wife and I have dropped off to many charity shops in the past and this experience left me feeling uncomfortable. Maybe caught the staff on an off day......”
