“Used to be the BEST opshop in brisbane, now certain volunteers have just gotten greedy. The prices there are so expensive, even more than overpriced opshops such as lifeline. Some volunteers there are lovely and price everything so well. But some of them are just plain rude and sit at that table gossipping, on their phones and overpricing items. When you try to raise these price issues they don’t care or change it and rudely shrug it off. Bring back the old yesterdays :(”

“What used to be an amazing store to get fabrics, clothing for both business and day to day life has become a weird mess that looks closer to a boutique for women in their mid 50’s with homeware nobody wants and a organisational system that no longer makes any sense. So deeply sad about this, as someone who often utilised this thrift store to help me afford clothing, to be able to get affordable bedding and used their sheets and other fabrics for sewing as well. Honestly I cannot remember the last time I was so disappointed by a store changing the way this one has, west end is known for having affordable and wonderful thrift stores, now one of its best has become anything but. I wouldn’t suggest wasting your time here unfortunately.”
